Some businesses are even pitching DIY summer camp tools. MySuperSitter, a New York-based service that pairs babysitters with families, is now offering a HomeCamp option for families who want to combine with another family they know. “Camp with Trusted Family Friends,” reads the website. The service, which begins on June 29, provides up to three counselors to a shared family of four to six children for a weekly rate of $5,500. Counselors are advised to wear masks and each day starts with a safety discussion reminding children about proper hygiene.
